Meet Sam - Leading our Alsager team with a decade of sales & new-build expertise.
Sam brings over 10 years of experience working in the Cheshire property market in both residential sales and new build homes. Initially starting his career with a regional agent as an apprentice, Sam now leads the Alsager team, appraising and giving the very best advice on how to market your property.
How long have you been in the industry for and what drew you to a career in Estate Agency?
Having made the decision to leave college to complete an apprenticeship, applying for dozens of roles not knowing which direction to go, I fell into the industry in 2014. Initially starting as an apprentice at the age of 17 at another regional agent, progressing to Regional Sales Manager for the New Homes division before finding myself back in estate agency at Stephenson Browne.
How do you unwind outside of work?
Outside of work I am either spending time with family & friends, jetting off on holiday with my partner Grace or following my football team Liverpool FC.
What’s one thing you couldn’t do your job without?
We really wouldn’t achieve the success or be able to support our clients without the fantastic team we have in branch. Also, most importantly the camera, I don’t think we would get very far without it!
